Webinar Update

by Julia Sunday, January 27, 2013

Many of you are aware we were experiencing technical difficulties with the webinar software last week. Unfortunately, the difficulties delayed the launch of our first educational Webinar “Mentoring Our Own.” Well, after struggling all weekend with that software we had to step back and evaluate things further. The result of this is that we will not be using that software anymore. In fact, we will be doing things a lot differently. We believe that this is a good thing.

We have spent a lot of time these last few days looking into and discussing various ways to do our webinars. From using a different webinar program, to phone conference calls, and in the end we decided against using any of those options. Instead, let me explain how we plan to do things. Each of our webinars we will pre-record and then upload onto a secure unconnected page on our website. When you order we will email you the url link to access our webinar as well as your supplemental pdf document.

The beauty of doing it this way is that we are able to keep our overhead low, which equates to low cost per each webinar for you. Additionally, this means that instead of only being able to access our webinars for a day or two you will be able to do so permanently. The drawback is this makes a live question and answer session out of the question. We value your feedback as well and desire to address any important question you may have pertaining to our webinars. Because of this we invite you over the 72 hour period following the launch of each webinar to send us any feedback and or questions to Donna@princessacademies.com or Julia@princessacademies.com. We will review any and all questions and then do an audio recording addressing the top questions asked and post it the following Monday on the same page as the webinar is posted.
